2009 GEN CON Results and Comments!
Well,
Another year gone by. This is just an introductory post but more will follow...Just want to let everyone know, I had a blast and thanks to all that came out and joined in the fun.
And especially Larry for his continued support of the AA community as well as giving us the low down on what really is going on in the AA World. Awesome Pacific board! Can't wait...
More to come...
Peace,

I had the chance to speak with Larry a little. And from what he's said, I'm really excited about that upcoming Pacific map. I'll let Greg fill you guys in on the details, but basically, Larry is up to something big.

Greg,
Thanks for coordinating a really fine set of tournaments. The other players were great gamers and it was a lot of fun to see so many really good games back to back. The prizes were fantastic and I love them! It was great to chat with Larry Harris and visit with all the competitors. They're a great bunch of guys.
Mike, thanks for putting up with me as a partner. I know I was cranky, I revert to my Type A personality under pressure.
Thanks for carrying me once again.
Squirecam, you taught me well. I thoroughly enjoyed the game against you and Jeff. It had all the elements that I enjoy, Mike being pressured and me sitting back and enjoying the show.

Greg,
Thanks for facilitating another year of fine A&A tourneys. The prizes were amazing--you keep coming up with cool ideas year after year. Great to see Larry again and get another game signed!

Thanks to You!
And again, thanks again EricM for the Chard Flesh Feast on Wednesday. I think I am still digesting all that red meat. Has Brandon recovered from my swindling of his ribs...EricM wrote:Greg,

No problem Greg, glad you enjoyed it. This was my 16th year of the Smorey A&A tournaments, I at least owe you a dinner for running the tournaments all these years.
And you will probably hear it from Brandon for the next couple of years about taking all the ribs and making him wait 20 minutes to bring out more hahaha.
